For the desktop version we developed a modular, content-driven layout whereas for the mobile site our team designed a site that was then developed using PWA (Progressive Web App) technology to create a customized app-like mobile experience. Each area of the site got special attention to improve its performance. In the category pages, for example, the filters became sticky to increase their usability, the text search became super-fast increasing its conversion rate. The product pages received a customized header to highlight the product images as well as “quick add to bag” and “notify me” features. A series of micro interactions were also introduced to increase real interaction between the store and the customer.
